Is wage negotiable? Will Canadian employer increase the wage during the period? |
NO. The wage is not negotiable. It is same rate as other Canadian workers. It is either take it or leave it by the workers.
However, there are merits on Canadian working experience since it is rare to work in full English environment, particularly in Canada. In addition, good workers will be invited every year with higher wage.
In addition, good workers can be selected as full-time jobs at end of the contract to stay in Canada with full-time employment base and possible for immigration. |
